E’ partly made up of good rock. It is often used in the first outings at the beginning of the season as a training or teaching field for the mixed technique. The crossing from Col d'Entèves to the east and vice versa is very fun and aerial in some places. Easily accessible from Punta Helbronner, it is recommended when the weather is uncertain, you can retrace your steps quickly.
Program
- Day 1
The climb takes place in one day, starting from Courmayeur, by cable car from La Palud 1370 Mt. to Punta Hellbronner 3428 Mt. From here you cross the Flambeau hill and descend into French territory and in 1h15 you reach the base of the ridge. It takes 1h30 'to complete the crossing of the ridge. For the return you have to go up to the Flambeau hill. Hours 1 h and 30 minutes.
